What will happen during our free 20-minute chat? I will ask you what you want to work through in therapy and what you hope to achieve. I will explain how I work and you can ask any questions. You do not need to decide whether you want to work with me during our chat. There is no obligation. It is simply a chance to connect and see if what I have to offer feels right for you.

How many sessions will I need? I offer short and long-term therapy and the amount of sessions will depend on your needs. We could agree on a fixed number of sessions or work open-endedly. I will review our work on a regular basis.
